Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stock des Gebäudes (6. Stock), das um 2019 neu gebaut wurde.
Es gibt einen Aufzug bis zum 5. Stock.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnküche und 1 Badezimmer/Toilette.
Die Wohnküche ist großzügig und komplett ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler und Esstisch.

We are looking for a new tenant for a nice, bright room in our 3er WG in Bogenhausen. The room is 14.5m² and have a big window facing to the South with direct access to the terrace. Which makes the room is always having a nice natural light. (See the room plan, Schlafen 3). The room is non-furnished.
The room is located in the top of the building (6th Floor) that was newly built in 2019.
There is a lift until 5th floor.
The flat has 3 bedrooms, 1 livingroom-kitchen and 1 Bathroom/toilet.
The Livingroom+Kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and a dining table.
The room costs €863 warm (inclusive utilities, WLAN, GEZ).
The deposit €2184 can be paid in 3 installments.

Wir genießen unsere ruhige Zeit in unserem eigenen Zimmer.
Meistens arbeiten wir beide unter der Woche und hängen manchmal zusammen ab.

We really enjoy our quiet time in our own room. (I usually watch movies or read some books, Rasec usually playing games in his room)
