I'm moving in with a friend in another apartment and I'm therefore looking for someone who wants to rent my lovely room.
The room is perfect for a student or a young professional. It has a window with a nice view and beautiful sunsets in the summer. The room comes with a bed (which I bought for €100, it's yours for €50), but is otherwise not furnished. Everything is included in the price of €520, including heating, water, electricity and internet (WiFi and LAN).
The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher and induction stove.
The bathroom was sanitized 1.5 years ago and has a tub.
The apartment is on floor 7 and there is a nice, newly renovated elevator. There is a cellar for storage and also a bike garage.
The apartment has great connections to public transport, with Böhmerwaldplatz U-Bahn (U4) and bus station just 3 minutes away and Leuchtenbergring S-Bahn station about 10 minutes away. Grocery store is just around the corner and there is also a large shopping center (Das Einstein) just 6 minutes away. There are some very nice restaurants in the area and a great ice-cream shop in the summer :)
There is also great places for running/walking as the area is very green and quite close to the Isar.
You will live with Kevin who is a friendly and outgoing German who just moved to Munich to work in the finance industry. He has a knack for baking and will surely look the other way should you decide to cheekily nick one or two of his delicious cookies. The other roommate is yet to be decided :)
