A 9 square meter room will be available for 5 weeks in our beautiful, colorful shared apartment.
There are large common rooms in the house that can be used by everyone. Right next to our large kitchen with dining room, we have a very cozy living room with huge windows and a screen for movie nights. We have a large garden with lots of trees and a roof terrace, which can be reached both through the room of a roommate and easily via a staircase in the garden. In the garden and on the terrace, some of us also try to plant tomatoes, herbs and the like. You are welcome to join here. There are also some funny squirrels running around in the garden and if you are interested in the room, you should mention them in your request ;-).
In the basement we have a large party and jam room that we currently use for in-house celebrations. There is also a laundry room in the basement with 2 washing machines and a dryer, as well as a kind of studio.
The location of the flat share is great. In a few minutes you are on the Isar, where you can go jogging, etc. By bike you can be at the university in a good 10 minutes and at the main station or Sendlinger Tor in around 20 minutes. The Richard-Straus-Straße subway can be reached on foot in 6 minutes. And buses and trams are even closer.
There is also an Edeka, Aldi and Rossmann at the underground station. There are also bakeries and organic markets in the immediate vicinity.
We are a large community of 12 people in a great house. The residents are a diverse bunch, aged 19 to 32, with a wide variety of activities / studies. We are an open and tolerant group, some of us are also politically active. We have no place for racism, sexism or any type of discrimination.
Due to the large number of people, there are always people for common activities at home or for hiking trips, workouts and other activities. Every now and then one person cooks for everyone or we cook something together. There are occasional movie evenings or game evenings or just cozy get-togethers with one, two or three glasses of wine. Generally everything is very informal.
We use an app for regular cleaning and other tasks so that everyone can find out what to do in an uncomplicated way. There is always a lot to work on in the house and in the garden and it would be cool if you could bring along the desire and initiative for this too.
