Hallo!
Für die Dauer meines zweimonatigen Forschungspraktikums vermiete ich mein WG-Zimmer im zentralen Glockenbachviertel unter (Haltestelle U2 Fraunhoferstraße).
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und ist nach Süd-Osten ausgerichtet. Ein E-Piano gibt es auch :)
Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Straße, in der viele Cafés sind.

SUBLETTING temporary March 12 - May 4, 2024
Hey!
For the duration of my two-month research internship, I am renting out my shared room in the central Glockenbachviertel (U2 Fraunhoferstraße stop).
The room is fully furnished and faces south-east. There is also an electric piano :)
The apartment is in a quiet street with lots of cafés.
Die Wohnung ist fußläufig von der Isar und vom Viktualienmarkt/Marienplatz entfernt. In der Gegend gibt gibt es viele Cafés und Supermärkte, Drogerien und sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das Glockenbachviertel ist für sein buntes Nachtleben und schöne Cafés bekannt.

The apartment is within walking distance of the Isar and Viktualienmarkt/Marienplatz. There are many cafés and supermarkets, drugstores and other shopping facilities in the area.
The Glockenbachviertel is known for its vibrant nightlife and nice cafés.
Du würdest mit meinem Mitbewohner Francesco (30) wohnen, der seinen Architektur-Master beendet hat und schon arbeitet. Er spielt gern Gitarre und singt im Chor. Um den Abend gemeinsam beim Kochen oder in einer Bar ausklingen zu lassen, ist er immer zu haben!

You would be living with my flatmate Francesco (30), who has finished his Master's degree in architecture and is already working. He likes to play the guitar and sings in the choir. He's always available to end the evening cooking together or in a bar!
