Hi,
I'm moving and leaving my beautiful all furnished 16sqm room in a 5 people WG.
We are a very relaxed WG of 5 people who live here in a very multicultural way. We have a Swedish woman, a Brazilian woman, a Mexican man, and an Italian man. We mainly speak English among ourselves but the Brazilian woman can also speak German. Every Saturday or Sunday is cleaning day where we clean parts of the house in a rotation.
The room is large and comfortable and has a private big balcony. The room also has dark and thick curtains and is completely dark at night. The location is very quiet. The room costs €925 in total, I don't know how much the additional costs are, I was never told, but everything is included, so electricity, water, GEZ, WiFi, and furniture.
We are looking for a female tenant to keep the balance we already have.
The appartment is 20 minutes far from the city center with the metro. There is an Aldi which is 3 minutes away by foot, the U6 is 6-7 minutes away by foot, and Penny and Edeka are 10 minutes away by foot.
I rent with the organization 4Mates, they are very friendly and if there is any problem in the apartment, you can simply write to them and they will take care of all the repairs and paperwork.
The minimum period of residence is 6 months.
