Hi, we are searching a new flatmate to join our international WG!
Our house is a classic family house distributed over 3 floors. The room is in the first floor, where there are two other rooms, one of the shared bathrooms (we have 2 in total, with bathtub and toilet) and the access to our attic where we can store our stuff.
The room comes fully furnished with a bed, a wardrobe a desk and a mirror. There is a shared kitchen and a garden for bbqs for bbqs and gatherings.
We also have a laundry area with a washing machine and several racks to hang our clothes.
There is wifi available in the whole house.
In the Costs everthing is included also the GEZ and Internet. So no additional costs!
The room is already available. Ideally the moving date should not be beyond the 1st of June.
The house is located in the Munich district Laim.
The closest Underground station (U5) is only five minutes away, and it will take you in the city center in about 15 mins. The nighttram 19 is also in reach, and the Sbahn can be reached in only 11 minutes.
It only takes 45 minutes to get to the Airport aswell.
We are an international WG so everyone is welcome :)
We are three women and three men at the moment, and we are looking for two new flatmates (we have another room available at https://www.wg-gesucht.de/en/10994999.html ) .
We like to be friendly with each other, organise nights out together and gatherings at the house, while (naturally) to everyone the freedom to participate or not. We are therefore looking for someone that shares the same friendliness :)
