Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß und ist genug für einzelnes Leben.

There is a nice furnished single room at your disposal. The pieces of furniture incl.:
A bed 90*200 with mattress, pillow and blanket.

The view from the window is peaceful and beautiful. The heating works very well and it is never cold in winter.
The room is about 14 sqm and is enough for single living.
In top Lage des schönen Viertels Laim.
Mit großen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Edeka, Apotheke, Friseursalon, Restaurants, Handyshops und Automaten sind in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Mit ca. 10 Minuten kann man auch DM, Rewe, usw. finden.
Tram und Bus sind zu Fuß 5 Minuten erreichbar. Mit einer Station Busfahrt ist U5 Laimer Platz direkt dabei. Tolle Verkehrsverknüpfung.
Das Wohnhebiet ist schön und friedlich, mit vielen Bäumen und netten Leuten. Sicherheit ist hier gar kein Problem.

Edeka, pharmacy, hair salon, restaurants, cell phone stores and vending machines are less than 5 minutes walk.
With about 10 minutes you can also find DM, Rewe, etc..
Streetcar and bus are within 5 minutes walking distance. With one stop bus ride U5 Laimer Platz is right there. Great transport links.
The residential area is nice and peaceful, with lots of trees and nice people. Security is not a problem here at all.
Eine internationale WG mit freundlichen Mitbewohnern.
Aus Italien, Frankreich, Deutschland und Romanien. Es gibt eine inklusive und ganz freundliche Atmosphäre in der WG. Alle kümmern sich um das Gemeinwohl und sind hilfsbereit.
Achtung: Die erwünschte Sprache ist ENGLISCH!
Die anderen Mitbewohner können null bis sehr wenige Deutsch sprechen. Alle arbeiten in München.
