Das Zimmer ist riesig, fast eine kleine Wohnung. Große Fenster, die vor ein paar Jahren erneuert wurden. Das Zimmer sollte an eine berufstätige Person gehen, die nicht, oder nicht regelmäßig im Home Office arbeitet, da ich 2-3 Tage die Woche Gesang unterrichte.
Wir teilen uns eine Putzfrau alle 2 Wochen, für die Gemeinschaftsräume. Mit drin im genannten Preis sind (schnelles) Internet und GEZ.

We are looking for a person who works, like us.
Since I teach voice at home 2-3 days a week it has to be someone who doesn’t do a lot of home office, as the rooms share a wall.
The bills are all in completely with Internet and GEZ.
We share a cleaning lady who comes twice a month for the shared spaces.
Perfekte Lage im Herzen der Stadt. Das heißt, alles ist in der Nähe, Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt, Geschäfte, Restaurants usw.
Aber auch Bars und Discos. Also ist es am Wochenende nicht unbedingt ruhig. Auch fährt die Tram direkt bei uns vorbei. Das hört man nach einer Weile nicht mehr, aber die Wohnung ist nichts für Menschen, die einen sehr leichten Schlaf haben.
We are smack in the heart of the city, it’s a great location- however it’s not a quiet part of town. If you’re a very light sleeper, this is not for you, as there’s night life on the weekends around.
Wir sind alle erwachsen und arbeiten. Das heißt, wir sind keine Party WG. Wir mögen uns alle, haben aber unsere eigenen Leben. Es wird ab und zu zusammen gekocht oder auf dem Balkon gesessen, alles kann, nichts muss.
Wir teilen uns eine Putzfrau für die gemeinsamen Räume, aber wir achten im Alltag auf Respekt und Sauberkeit. Normal, sollte man denken.
Wir mögen alle Musik, ich bin Sängerin, Janosch Architekt (spielt in einer Band), Andreas ist Heilpraktiker. Wir freuen uns auf coole Leute, Frau oder Mann, die zu uns passen 😊
