The design of this room gives the place a very cosy atmosphere. It has very bright interiors that lighten up the atmosphere of the space. It is really new.
The room features a comfortable bed giving you lots of space, a spacious closet with ample space for storage and a desk gives you the opportunity for working. You'll have the freedom of putting your own personal touch to it!
The room is in the Geyerstraße 11, you have a really good connection to the Bus and underground (Goetheplatz).
Also REWE can be reached in only a few minutes by walking. If you want to take nice walks or go jogging, Isar is also near by. To the main city (Marienplatz) you need only 2 stations with the underground.
The 2 girls are really friendly. Sometimes we have dinner together or just talk. You have your privacy and the kitchen is the room were we come together. If there are problems we arrange a solution together (Radiators, WIFI,...).
The room is rent from the Thasos Group. So if you are interested they want a self-declaration, ID and in best case a guarantor and his/her ID. After that you get a contract and the keys.
The room and flat is really clean and as it is new, it also smells like that. So you feel really comfortable.
In each room are outside blinds.
