We are looking for an international male tenant between 25-30 years old to join our WG crew! the serviced apartment has 5 other people (2 males and 3 females) from Germany, Serbia, UK and Italy, and we love to socialize and make great food together ;) Please note that we speak English in the apartment.
The apartment has a huge living room with an open fully-equipped kitchen, and with two separate bathrooms.
It's completely furnished, so just grab your luggage and come.
The minimum stay is 6 months. You have to be employed, or at least show you will be able to pay for the room.
monthly rent (warm): 845 EUR: all bills included + a weekly cleaning of the apartment (!)
Service fee: 90 EUR (only has to be paid once)
Deposit: 1.500 EUR
