Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer und eine Wohnküche. Das hier angebotene WG-Zimmer befindet sich auf Seite dem Innenhof, ist schön ruhig und wird möbliert zur Verfügung gestellt.
Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Ofen, Herd, Glasfaser-Wlan und sonstige Standart-Geräte sind vorhanden und können selbstverständlich genutzt werden.

Fully furnished 18 m² room available for SHORT TERM rent from 08.03.2019 - 31.03.2019!! Flat is furnished with all the necessary equipment and you would be sharing the flat with a nice and relaxed 30 year old male.
The appartment is located in Glockenbach quarter and is ca 3-4 minutes walk away from Fraunhoferstrasse U-Bahn station (U1, U2, U7) or ca 10 minutes from Sendlinger Tor (U1, U2, U3, U6, U7, U8) . It´s around 5 minutes walk to the Isar river for a walk, jog or swim. It´s a very lively neighbourhood but at the same time it is quiet in the flat.
Edeka, Netto, DM alles zu Fuß in 2 min zu erreichen.
Ubahn (U1, U2, U7) und Tram (17) sind 3-5 min weg von der Wohnung, an der Fraunhoferstraße oder 10 Minuten bis zum Sendlinger Tor.
Die Isar zum Joggen liegt auch nur etwa 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe.
Übergabe und Kaution werden persönlich abgesprochen.
In der Miete von 490€ sind alle Kosten enthalten.
