Die Wohnung ist im 6. Stock eines Hauses mit Aufzug. Das Zimmer ist in einer 2er WG, mit 2 großen Fenster, daher ist das Zimmer sehr hell. Einige der Möbel können übernommen werden, dies kann noch persönlich besprochen werden. Die Küche ist auch komplett ausgestattet. Wir suchen als Nachmieterin eine junge Frau.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral. Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe von der U-Bahn Station Theresienwiese und vom Hauptbahnhof. Leider sind Parkplätze schwer auffindbar. Man kann auch zum Karlsplatz laufen. Geschäfte wie Lidl, Aldi und Rossmann sind auch innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.In der Nähe gibt es auch verschiedene Essensmöglichkeiten.
Die Mitbewohnerin Kathi ist sehr nett und unterhaltsam. Leider muss ich aus beruflichen Gründen die Stadt verlassen und in eine andere Stadt ziehen. Daher ist das Zimmer verfügbar.
