The room is on the 1st floor and has a big balcony with a chair where you can sit and relax in a nice weather. The house has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a big garden where you can make bbq, and a living room. Common areas are cleaned once a week and the cost of cleaning is included in the rent. The room includes 2 wardrobes, single bed, and a table with a chair. The house has a laundry room in the basement where you can wash your clothes for free. The room is heated and it is also included in the rent.
The house is located in a very green area, in Markt Schwaben. You can hear and see birds from your window almost all the time during the day. It is 15 minutes away by train from Munich East station - Ostbahnhof, which you can reach by S2 or a regional train. The train station is 10 minutes walking distance away. The center of Munich - Marienplatz can be reached in 30 minutes and LMU building in about 45 minutes.
The house is very big and for now we have 4 people living in the house. Everyone is very friendly and happy to help. It is very important for everyone to clean common areas after using them so that the next person can use clean kitchen or bathroom. Everything is included in the rent including pans and plates for cooking. Every student has their own drawer and a small fridge in the kitchen. You can also use all the common pans and plates for cooking and eating.
