my roommate will be moving in with her boyfriend at the end of the month so I am looking for someone to move into our apartment.
The room is not really big, but we also have a living room. The flat is in a really good condition (it was renovated before I moved in last year).
Unfortunately we don't have a dish washer / washing machine (there are washing machines in the basement).
The apartment is located close to St Benno Church and the Hochschule München (University of Applied Science). The closest U-Bahn (U1) is Mailingerstraße.
Even though it is very central, it's usually very quiet.
My name is Julia, I am 27 and work full-time. I love doing sports (strength workouts, hiking, skiing, swimming...) and music (I like going to concerts and sometimes play the piano / sing). I also go to church here in Munich and like having friends over every now and then.
I am looking for someone who is not only interested in the room but also likes to hang out. What I liked about my current roomie: Even though we are both very busy and gone a lot, we tried to keep spend time with each other when possible, whether this means going on a nice hike in the mountains or just enjoying a cup of tea / glass of wine in the living room.
