Hi all! I’ll be moving out temporarily of our lovely WG, this is why my cozy room will be available for one of you to take over!
I'll travel from the the 01.05 until the 31.05 and for this period I'd be happy to sublease it.
Please let me know if the time slot suits you - as this is very important to me :)
The 680€ is meant to be the complete rent on a monthly basis.
The room is the biggest one in the flat. About 20 m^2. It is completely furnished - I am only planning to take my clothes out of it and leave the rest.
It contains a bed (no mattress as of right now unfortunately), a tv facing it, a desk which is set up to do home-office, a comfy chair, a sofa and huge wardrobe and a cupboard.
In the pictures the room looks a little bit messy - there's only the stuff written above in it :).
But it should just give you an understanding of the room.
The location could not be better. It’s on the west-end of Gabelsbergerstrasse, surrounded by a million food options and bars! There is a Lidl two minutes away from the flat, also an Edeka is about 3 min away, and a Rewe and a Netto about 6min away. The Stiglmaierplatz U-bahn is a 5minute walk, and the 21, 20, 19, and 29 trams are 2 minutes away. The Theresienstrasse U-bahn and the 100, 58 buses are also about 6minutes away, so there’s plenty of public transport options.
Massmannpark is also a couple of minutes away which is a great place to do some sports or just watch people play basketball. It’s definitely a WG favorite spot :)
And it’s of course perfect for students as TUM is right down the street!
There’s a Fitstar right around the corner, as is a McDonalds, which is so convenient on our walks home from a night out :D
The Girls are super easy going and kind! Living together is far from complicated and is always a fun time.
Adelaide is 26, she’s from the US and she’s working as a copy writer. She’s the funniest and most entertaining person I know. If I could describe her with a few words it would be modern grandma. She knits and makes soups but also wants to get a bunch of piercings and be out all night.
Ilkim, 25 years of age, from Turkey. She's the newest addition to the WG and has been a delight ever since. She just got a full-time job in the people development area. Among other things she likes to cook, which always tastes and smells delicious :).
