Thanks for your interest!
The room is 12m2, with one window. Possibility to buy the furniture.
Move-in is possible from the 1st of may, but early moving in is possible.
We have 2 toilets, one with a WC and one with a shower. We also have a small cellar to put our stuff.
The building and the flat are a bit old.
The location is great. Only one stop away from the main train station and it takes 6 minutes to walk to the U1 and 10 minutes to the U2. In addition, the tram stop is 2 minutes away in walking distance. You can reach the Olympic Park in 10 minutes by the tram and the university in 5-10 minutes by bike.
Flatshare Type
We are explicitly looking for someone who enjoys a WG life and is not looking for a purpose-built flat share
One flatmate is Korean, she is currently writing her master’s thesis at BMW and likes go to the gym. I am Italian, a software engineer who likes sports and dancing. We enjoy going out together for drinks, clubbing, walks and cooking together.
Mainly English is spoken in our flat.
We use rotating cleaning shifts to keep the apartment clean and tidy. We are looking for a responsible person who can respect that.
