The apartment (57 sqm) has a completely brand new kitchen, a bathroom with window, two rooms of 18 sqm each, and a balcony. There is also a cellar compartment. It is located in a third floor with elevator.
The whole kitchen, cupboards and appliances, are brand new. It has a large refrigerator with a lot of freezing storage, a washing machine and a small dishwasher, which is perfect for two people.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a large window. Here is also the heater for the warm water, which has a capacity of 225 L.
In the corridor there is a space for leaving the jacket of the day, and sotarage for shoes.
The balcony looks to the south and inner courtyard. It has to be accessed by my room, but you are welcome to use it as much as you want.
Your room
It has 18 sqm and looks to the north. The street is super calm since cars ususally don't drive throught it.
It is being furnished (photos will be updated), but you are welcome to bring your own furniture.
The bed is 1,40 mts.
The rent is 900€ all included (rent, heating, electricity, wifi, RDF,...)
Anmeldung would also be possible.
The apartement is located in Adalbertstraße. Both Ubahn stops Universität (U3/U6) and Josephplatz (U2/U8) are 7-10 minutes walking.
There is also the Tram 27, 28 and N27 2 minutess away walking (Nordenstraße).
There area is super calm since all bars and rrestaurants are one street below. There is an Edeka and Netto 5 minutes walking, and a Lidl 10 minutes walking.
I am Laura (26) and come from Spain. I have been in Munich for 1,5 years working in the sustainability field.
I am looking for a woman that is around my age (25-30) and that is also working (No students!!!). I speak Spanish, English and German (this one still improving). So it would be important that you can speak at least good english.
I would like to live with someone which with I can enjoy a chat or a meal every now often (more even a glass of wine). I like to retire when I am tired, but I would always be up for a movie or just chilling in company. I love reading and playing board games. I like to leave my door open, which means you are welcome to pop your head if you want to chat or do something. Also, door open means you can walk by and go to the balcony whenever you want without asking.
I am also into sports (sailing, snowboarding, volleyball, padel, ....) and basically any activity. My days of hard partying are also over (I mean hard clubbing). I´d rather go out for dinner, glasses of wine and end up in a small bar with some music. But hey, I am a free spirit, every now often I might stay till reeeeally late having fun. Now that the good weather has come, I also enjoy going to the Pinacothek to dance Salsa and Bachata.
Regarding cleanness, I live by the motto that someone should find the common areas as they left them or even better.
I would love to get to know you if you find it interesting. We could organise a viewing appointment or a videocall and have a little chat, so you get to know me as well and you could also see the apartment.
