The room is 12m² in size and is furnished to a high standard. Thus, you do not need to worry about furniture. The rent already includes all costs (exact figure TBD) and the use of the rest of the apartment with a total of 170m². Part of your room is also a spacious closet right next to the room door in the hallway.
Apartment:
Beautiful old building with very high ceilings (about 4m high). The apartment is equipped with everything: large kitchen with dishwasher, large living / dining room, spacious bathroom with bathtub and washing machine in a top old building. We share bathroom but have an additional toilet.
...AND: we have a huge living room of ~40m² where we do a lot together!
The best location in Munich! 3 minutes walk to Odeonsplatz and the city center and at the same time directly at Maxvorstadt with many great bars and restaurants nearby. The English Garden is also a few minutes walk away.

Our flat-sharing group includes Felix (start-up founder, splits his time between London and Munich), Jean (Amazon Web Services, originally from Spain), Alejandro (Allianz Consulting, originally from El Salvador) and Camila (Siemens Advanta, originally from France). We are a group of friends and do a lot together. This includes cooking together, drinking beer or just spending time together in the living room with music, dancing or watching a movie. At home there is always someone to spend time with. On the other hand, you always have the possibility to withdraw.
Since we love to have endless discussions and invite friends, we are looking for a sympathetic roommate who is not too shy to speak his/her mind and who also likes to spend time together with us! Ideally we are looking for a young professional :)
