ich vermiete ab September möglich auch schon ab August (für ein Jahr mit Option auf Verlängerung) ein 15qm Zimmer in einer 80qm Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat eine große Küche mit Balkon und ist im Mittelgebäude somit ruhig aber auch sonnig, da im zweiten Stock.
Die Wohnung ist 3 min von der Ubahn Universität und in der Amalienstrasse. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert. Bett, Schrank und und Schreibtisch sind vorhanden.
Bei Interesse bitte kurz über euch schreiben was ihr macht und was eure Vorstellungen und Werte von einem Wg Leben ausmachen.
Ich arbeite im Kunst und Kulturbereich. Die Wohnung ist keine Party Wg, gerne aber tauschen wir uns gemütlich aus, jedoch suche ich eher eine Person die auch nach der Suche nach einem ruhigem Wg Leben ineterssiert ist.

I am renting out a beautiful room in Maxvorstadt in Munich. The builing is in the middle of the University area and has a balcony and a ig kitchen. The room is 15sqm in an 80sqm apartment. The apartment has a large kitchen with a balcony and is therefore quiet in the middle building but also sunny as it is on the second floor.
The apartment is 3 minutes from the subway university and in the Amalienstrasse. The room is fully furnished. Bed, wardrobe and desk are available.
If you are interested, please write briefly about what you do and how you are values of living together are.
I work in the arts and culture field. The apartment is not a party apartment, but I like to exchange ideas comfortably, but I'm more looking for a person who is also interested in finding a quiet apartment life.

Die Wohnung ist 3 Minuten von der u-Bahn Station Universität entfernt und mitten in Maxvorstadt.
Ich arbeite als freischaffende Künstlerin und Filmemacherin und reise sehr viel.
Balkon, große Küche und Klavier am Gang!
