Die Zimmer sind in einem schönen bunten und sehr sozialen selbstverwaltendem Studentenwohneim und ca. 12qm groß. Auf jedem Gang sind 6 Zimmer und ein Bad mit jeweils einer Dusche und zwei Toiletten.
Die Untermietzimmer sind jeweils:
vom 01.08. bis zum 31.10.
vom 16.08. bis zum 06.10.
vom 01.09. (Falls es zu Reparaturarbeiten kommt spätestens am 08.09.) bis zum 15.10.
Die Mietzeit ist auf befristet, jedoch besteht die Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung und einer dauerhaften Aufnahme im Wohnheim, wenn man in München studiert.

The rooms are in a loving social self-governing student dormitory and about 12sqm. On each corridor there are 6 rooms and one bathroom with one shower and two toilets.
The rooms are available for sublet:
from 01.08. to 31.10.
from 16.08. to 06.10.
from 01.09. (possibly 1 week later due to repairs) to 15.10.
The rental period is for a limited time, but there is a possibility of extension and permanent admission to the dormitory if you are a student at a university in Munich.

Das Wohnheim liegt im Herzen der Maxvorstadt, UBahn und Tram sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt (U2 Theresienstraße, Tram Sandstraße). Direkt neben dem Wohnheim ist ein Park, und direkt um die Ecke sind Lidl und
dm, nur etwas weiter entfernt ist auch ein Edeka und ein Netto. Außerdem sind ganz viele Bars und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe!

The dormitory is located at the heart of Maxvorstadt, UBahn and Tram are only a few minutes away (U2 Theresienstraße, Tram Sandstraße). Right next to the dormitory is a park, and just around the corner are Lidl and
dm, only a little further away is also an Edeka and a Netto. There are also many bars and restaurants nearby!

Wir sind ein selbstverwaltetes Wohnheim, bei dem sich jeder Studierende auf seine eigene Art und Weise einbringt und bei der Selbstverwaltung mithilft. Bei uns gibt es alles von Garten- bis hin zu Klopapierminister*innen.
Wir leben gerne in dieser Gemeinschaft, lernen voneinander und machen viel zusammen wie z.B. Kochen am Abend, am Lagerfeuer sitzen, Tischtennis, Fußball oder Volleyball spielen, Wandern, Basteln, Workshops geben, Feiern, Jammsessions aus dem Nichts starten, etc –bei uns kann es auch mal lauter sein :D.
Wir schmeißen und feiern zusammen auch 3 große Feste im Jahr , stell es dir wie ein One Day Festival mit mehreren hunderten Besuchern vor(mehr dazu auf ig: @massmann_wohnheim ;) )
Wir übernehmen gerne Aufgaben in der Selbstverwaltung, haben aber dafür eine flache Hierarchie: Aufgaben sind kein Maß für Autorität.
Bei uns sind alle Geschlechter und kulturelle Hintergründe willkommen und es ist uns wichtig, dass du damit klar kommst.

We are a self-organized dormitory where every student contributes in his or her own way and helps with self-management. We have everything from garden ministers to toilet paper ministers.
We like to live in this community, learn from each other and do a lot of things together like cooking in the evening, sitting at the campfire, playing table tennis, soccer or volleyball, hiking, handicrafts, giving workshops, partying, starting jam sessions out of nowhere, etc - with us it can be louder sometimes :D.
We throw and celebrate together also 3 big one-day festivals a year with several hundreds of visitors(more on ig: @massmann_wohnheim ;) )
We are happy to take on self-governance tasks, yet we have a flat hierarchy for this: tasks are not a measure of authority.
We welcome all genders and cultural backgrounds, and it's important to us that you get along with that too.
