Die Wohnung hat zwei Stockwerke und Wohnung ist echt ein Luxus. Wir haben nur hochwertige Möbel und alles was man braucht.
Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Bodenstaubsauger, Trainingsgeräte, top Kaffeemaschine, Klavier, Fernseher, etc.
Dein Zimmer wird ein hochwertiges Bett, eine Kommode, einen Kleiderständer und einen Schreibtisch haben. Nahezu alles aus Massivholz.
Nebenkostenvorauszahlung ca 50-100€ pro Person on top.
Die Lage ist 1A. „Wohnen wie Gott in der Maxvorstadt“ war mal die Stellenausschreibung des Vermieters. Restaurants, Bars, Museen, Parks, Supermärkte sind alle nebenan. Die Tram/der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür. U-Bahn ca 3-5 min entfernt
Zum WG Leben gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Wir sind beide extrem ordentlich und verantwortungsbewusst. Tagsüber arbeiten wir beide, abends sind wir oft unterwegs und machen ab und zu etwas wie zusammen kochen oder einen Film anschauen.
Wir sind beide eher offen und extrovertiert und bei vielen Sachen cool.
Ordnung und Sauberkeit hat bei uns aber eine hohe Priorität.
