The apartment impresses with its quiet yet well-connected residential area. A beautiful park, the underground station U2 Milbertshofen and all shops for daily needs are right on the doorstep. You can reach the university and Munich Central Station in less than 10 minutes. A large and dry basement offers plenty of storage space.
