Hi! I’m Deha I am moving out from the WG to move in to a bigger apartment. The location and the room Is very cozy.
The room is 24m^2 with a balcony. The room comes with a bed frame, big wardrobe, a big desk which are owned by the landlord.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and other essentials.
The bathroom is fully equipped with washer and dryer. Which work great
Internet speed and heating is really good.
There’s a main communal area with a big desk next to the kitchen.
There will be a fee for existing equipment. I will also leave the bed which is new, bought in November. It's premium and amazingly comfortable.
The location is great! It is close to Petuelring U3, bus stops and tram stops. About ~3 mins of walking. Bmw and olympia park is also walking distance. Penny, norma and other essentials is just meters away.
The other tenants of the house are Master’s students at TUM. They're great. No smoking.
