Gerade wird noch renoviert in der Wohnung, deswegen ist vor allem der Balkon noch vollgestellt (aber renoviert ist ja was gutes, es gibt eine neue Küche und ein neues Bad).
Das WG Zimmer ist sehr geräumig mit 22qm. Außerdem hat es einen knapp 4qm großen Balkon zur Südseite, der schön ist. Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten um es gut einzurichten.

The flat is still being renovated, so the balcony in particular is still cluttered (but renovated is a good thing i guess, there's a new kitchen and a new bathroom).
The shared room is very spacious at 22 square metres. It also has an almost 4 square metre balcony facing south, which is lovely. The room is well laid out for easy furnishing.
Man ist in 3 bis 4 min bei der Ubahnstation Oberwiesnfeld (U3), von dort ist man 10 min bei der LMU oder in 35 min in Garching. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung im Olympiadorf, das heißt man ist direkt im Olympiapark und auch beim Unisport.

You can be at the Oberwiesnfeld underground station (U3) in 3 to 4 minutes, from there it is 10 minutes to the LMU or 35 minutes to Garching. The flat is also located in the Olympiadorf, which means you are right in the Olympic Park and also near the university sports centre.
Da das eine WG Neugründung ist, gibt es noch kein WG Leben. Ich will aber mit Leuten leben, die gerne auch mal was zusammen machen, sei es zusammen kochen, ein Spieleabend oder auch mal was trinken gehen.
Zu mir:
Ich bin Bene, bin 20 und studiere Bioinformatik an TUM und LMU. Ich koche sehr gerne und koche auch gerne mit anderen Leuten zusammen. Außerdem gehe ich regelmäßig schwimmen und bin am Wochenende auch gern mal in den Alpen.

Die Vermieterin verlangt, dass alle in der Wohnung lebenden Haftpflichtversichert sind, also musst du das auch sein. Aber das ist, wenn du studierst ja eh kein Problem :)
Außerdem hab ich leider noch keine Fotos

The landlady requires that everyone living in the flat has liability insurance, so you have to have it too. But that's not a problem if you're a student anyway :)
