Die Wohnung ist möbliert. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet mit Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, uzw...
Es gibt eine dritte Zimmer, das momentan fast leer ist.

I am looking for a flatmate for a 20sqm partly furnished room. The apartment is 72sqm overall with 3 rooms and a large hallway. A third rather smaller room is unused at the moment.
The flat has a rather large kitchen with enough space for a kitchen table. There is a fridge, dishwasher, oven, ceramic stove, microwave oven, grill and other small kitchen appliances.
The Bathroom is 5 sqm with a bathtub and a washing machine.
The room is 20 sqm, quite spacey, facing a rear garden and very quiet.
Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage und nur 4 min von Harthof (U2) entfernt mit sehr guten Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Edeka, MIRA, Getränkeshop.. gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe). Sie besteht aus 3 Zimmer mit einem Bad und Küche.

Die Wohnung hat ein Kellerabteil.
Das Haus besitzt ein Garten, dass die Bewohner benutzen können.
It is located close to the U-bahn station Harthof, 4 mins by walk.
There is a drink-shop and a Edekanearby within 5 mins walking time, MIRA shopping mall only one subway stop away.
Underground garage is also available for rent if required.
Mietdauer: flexibel, jedoch mind. 3-4 Mon., gerne auch länger.
Miete: 750 warm ink. Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Heizung)

I intend to have a shared flat where everybody has their own schedule and move/cook etc freely. It is also nice once in a while to have some drinks or eat together. I work full time and usually have a full weekly schedule although I enjoy cooking and spending time at home often whenever I have time.
