We are looking for a flat mate for a 3-person shared flat in the Moosach district of Munich. The room is 11 m2. It is pretty large for one person. It is facing west. The room is wonderfully furnished and bright. We are looking for a new tenant flat mate for our beautiful apartment as of one of us is leaving. The room includes:

The location of the flat is great. It is just at the heart of the city and very quiet neighborhood. The apartment is 4 min of walking from Georg-Brauchle-Ring (U1-U7) stop. Olimpia Einkaufzentrum where you can take U3
is one stop away from the apartment and it is only 8 mins of walk. Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, DM and Rewe are located within 10 min of walk. Norma is just outside the door, and it is 2 mins of walk. Beautiful Olimpiapark is very close, and you can go to running or to hang out with friends.
You can easily access to TUM and LMU.
You will be sharing the flat with Anıl (25) and Aycelen (27) at home. They are both master's students at TUM and they are starting their third semester in Munich. They are fun people and we love spending time together. We enjoy cooking and chatting over a drink. We enjoy spending time in the kitchen and most of our free time at home is spent in the kitchen. During our busy periods, we are all studying in our room or in the library.
My roommate Anıl is an avid cyclist who enjoys exploring nearby parks in his free time. He's also a fitness enthusiast, often hitting the gym just a 5-minute walk away. When he's at home, you'll find him sculpting clay or tending to his indoor garden of plants. Ayçelen enjoys going to the gym and playing tennis with Anıl in her free time. She also likes watching Formula 1 and practicing yoga. She often buys flowers for the kitchen. In winter, she enjoys skiing and loves dancing. Moreover, we like to go to bars and have a drink together. We also love to invite our friends from school to have a dinner party. Also, if you are willing to explore Munich and its surroundings and see new places, we are happy to do it together.
We have a general understanding of cleanliness and order at home. We do not have a cleaning plan, but we vacuum the house frequently and take care of the cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen. It is important for the future person to be meticulous in these matters. In general, we all get along very easily with each other.
There will be a separate contract for the room.
The contact duration shall be minimum 6 Months.
Electricity, heating, WIFI, water and radio tv tax are included in the rent.
