Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht aus beruflichen Gründen aus. Das frei werdende Zimmer ist 10 m² groß, abschließbar und mit einem Bett, einem Schrank und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Die Möbel sollen bei deinem Einzug bitte drin bleiben; neue Möbel kannst du aber gerne mitbringen. Das große Fenster geht nach Osten. Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung verfügt über einen kleinen Südwestbalkon (Markise und Hängematte) und einen 43 m² großen Wohnraum mit offener Küche (Side-by-Side-Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel- und Wasserspender, Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Spülmaschine, KitchenAid, Mikrowelle, Reiskocher), die gemeinsam genutzt wird. Das Tageslicht-Bad ist mit einer Rainshower-Dusche ausgestattet. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Vor dem Haus steht eine regengeschützte Radlbox, in der man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann. Ich habe auch einen Hometrainer und diverse andere Trainingsgeräte, die du mitbenutzen kannst. Wenn du ein Auto hast, kannst du auch gerne den Duplex-Parkplatz (oben) für 50€/Monat benutzen. Falls du von zu Hause aus arbeitest, muss ich dich leider mit weiteren 50€/Monat an den Nebenkosten beteiligen.
My flatmate is moving out for work. The vacant room is 10 m², lockable and furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk. Please leave the furniture in the room when you move in, but you are welcome to bring new furniture. The large window faces east. The 3-room apartment has a small south-west facing balcony (awning and hammock) and a 43m² living room with open-plan kitchen (side-by-side fridge with ice cube and water dispenser, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, KitchenAid, microwave, rice cooker) which is shared. The daylight bathroom has a rain shower. There is a washing machine in the basement. In front of the house there is a sheltered bike shed where you can leave your bike. I also have an exercise bike and various other exercise equipment for you to use. If you have a car, you can also use the duplex car park (above) for €50/month. If you work from home, I will unfortunately have to charge you an additional €50/month to cover the extra costs.
Die Wohnung ist eine von nur 3 Wohnungen in dem Haus. Es liegt an der Kreuzung Donauwörther Straße / Glogauer Straße in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. S+U Moosach ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der S1 ist man ohne Umsteigen in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt und in 55 Minuten am Flughafen. Lauffaule können auch die 150 Meter entfernte Bushaltestelle Ohlauer Straße (Bus 169) nutzen ;) Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findest du in der Meile Moosach, direkt an der S+U Moosach.
The apartment is one of only 3 apartments in the building. It is located at the intersection of Donauwörther Straße / Glogauer Straße in a quiet residential area and is easily accessible by public transport. S+U Moosach is only a 10 minute walk away, the S1 takes you to the city centre in 15 minutes without changing and to the airport in 55 minutes. If you don't like to walk, you can also use the bus stop Ohlauer Straße (bus 169), which is 150 metres away. You will find plenty of shopping facilities in the Moosach Mile, right next to the Moosach S+U Station.
Ich bin 33 Jahre alt und arbeite im Home Office, mit dem Lebensstil eines Frührentners :D Ich koche und backe für mein Leben gern, liebe Computerspiele und larpe leidenschaftlich gern. Ich habe einen recht geordneten Tagesablauf und suche eine*n ruhige*n, ordentliche*n Mitbewohner*in, der*die nicht plant, ständig Besuch zu haben, oder eben mit Absprache. Ein unverkrampftes Miteinander, bei der jeder auch seine Ruhe haben kann, ist mir wichtig. Sorgsamkeit im Umgang mit der Wohnung sollte selbstverständlich für dich sein. Unter der Woche geht es bei mir abends ruhig zu und und am Wochenende bin ich auf Larps (außerhalb von München) oder besuche meine Freundin, mit der ich eine Fernbeziehung führe. Die Hausarbeit würden wir natürlich fair untereinander aufteilen. Diese WG ist nur für eine Person geeignet; LGBT-Freundlichkeit ist ein Muss.
I am 33 years old and work from home, with the lifestyle of an early retiree :D I love to cook and bake for my life, love computer games and am passionate about larping. I have a fairly orderly daily routine and am looking for a quiet, tidy flatmate who doesn't plan on having visitors all the time, or by arrangement. It is important to me to have a relaxed atmosphere where everyone can have some peace and quiet. Careful handling of the flat and everything should be a matter of course for you. During the week, my evenings are quiet and at weekends, I'm often at larps (outside Munich) or visiting my long-distance girlfriend. Of course, we would divide the housework fairly between us. This flat share is only suitable for one person; LGBT friendliness is a must.
