The room is 21qm, facing South-West (sun is peering through the windows during sunny afternoons) and has a very convenient square shape. The blinds on the picture will stay but the room is otherwise rented unfurnished.
The flat itself is around 100qm and has 3 bedrooms, a big walk-through kitchen, a bathroom with toilets and another separate toilet. It also has a fairly big storage room that everybody uses. The kitchen has all the equipment you need and a lot of storage space. The washing machine is in the cellar where you'll also find drying racks.
The flat is on the second floor (with elevator) and has a private storage space in the cellar as well. The bikes can be parked in the inner courtyard and are sheltered from the rain.
Ostbahnhof is 3 minutes away by foot which makes it very convenient to go anywhere with public transportation.
The flat is in Haidhausen and therefore close to many restaurants, cafés but also all the shops you'll need (Rewe, Lidl, dm, Edeka). Wiener Platz is less than 10min by foot and the Isar 15min away.
Your new flatmates from the 1st of December onwards will be Jonas and Nicolas. Jonas is currently finishing his PhD at LMU and is a big sport enthusiast. Nicolas is working for an AI company in London but spends most of his time in Munich. He's a big fan of board games and loves chatting about any given topic. The flatshare is in general very social. We often just sit in the kitchen to cook and chat together, play a game or drink a cup of tea in winter. We obviously all have times where we close our doors and enjoy some privacy and we respect it.
We most of the time speak English together but Nicolas and Jonas are also happy to speak French and German every so often.
The renting contract follows a Staffelmiete and increases by 25 euros/month every year in the beginning of April until 2025.
