The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, standing lamp, overhead lamp and a closet. In the picture there is a different arrangement. The furnishing will be complete by June 1st.
The room is very well lit since it has two windows: one facing south and one facing west. There is a modern wall heater that can heat up the room in minutes in the winter. The floor is wood.
Currently, there is also a brand new TV stand in there. Upon request, it can stay.
The easiest connection is via S7, the S-Bahn station is 5 minutes on foot. We also live between Harras (U6) and Obersendling (U3) both being very accessible with a bus. The bus ride to both is no longer than 5 minutes. A commute to Sendliger Tor, if timed correctly, is about 20 minutes.
Die einfachste Verbindung ist über die S7, die S-Bahn-Station ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir wohnen auch zwischen Harras (U6) und Obersendling (U3), die beide sehr gut mit dem Bus erreichbar sind. Die Busfahrt zu beiden ist nicht länger als 5 Minuten. Eine Fahrt zum Sendlinger Tor dauert bei richtiger Zeiteinteilung etwa 20 Minuten.
We are four people that put a lot of value in the communal living. Unless we have to attend personal business, we tend to keep our doors open, spend weekends together, and make use of the proximity to Flaucher (10 min on foot). We maintain a queer-friendly, non-discriminatory, caring environment in the house since 3 years now, and we would like to keep it that way. Your interests are also important to us. The spoken language is English. If you read this, please drop the word "tulip" at the beginning of your message.
Casual activities together: cooking, card games, partying, hiking, sports, painting, hammock lounging, endless discussions :)

Paulo (Lete), working for a video game company in linguistics, who brings the brazilian flair to the house and surprises you with baked goods at any given moment.

The kitchen, balcony and bathroom have all the equipment and facilities in them.
A couch belongs to the room instead of the open closet. The couch is currently situated in another room.
