Hey there!
I am Enrique and I am leaving my room this next November 1st, which that's why I am looking for a new tenant that can get along with everyone.
Some details about the room:
The room size is 14 m^2, it includes a bed (140x 200) , working desk, chair (The chair is a gaming chair which is awesome!), Closet, curtains, a little cabinet to store your things and of course the room has it own heater.
Eventhough, the window is heading to the street, once it is closed, there is no problem with sound outside.
The bed will have just the mattress, it doesn't include bed sheets nor pillow.
The WG is near the Olympiapark, you can get there in 5 mins walking.
We also have a Bus station called "Olympiapark West" which the Bus 144 stops. It is 3 mins walking.
There is a Tram Station, also called "Olympiapark West" which trams 20/21 stop and the great things is that this is also a night tram, so you don't have to worry if you are coming home late. The tram is 6 min walking.
Additionaly, there is the U-bahn station "Gern" (U1/U7) nearby which takes around 10 - 15 mins walking.
There is an Edeka near the WG, Rewe To-Go and since the WG is near Neuhausen, you can find a lot of places to eat.
This is a very great and relaxed WG, which is why we are looking for someone easy going, relaxed and that can get along with the others. Your new roomies will be Julia, Wilson, Julia and Aleix, some of them work (Julias and Aleix) and some others study (Wilson and me). However, the cool thing is that we can all share about our day and talk about everything while cooking or while having a chat on the corridor.
We are looking for someone that can contribute to the WG by following a cleaning plan and purchase plan for common used things. We pay special attention on cleanliness.
Apart from the Kaution and rent, we all share internet cost (6 EUR) and the radio tax (3 EUR approx).
Please, write a description about yourself so we can know you better, what are you doing in Munich, what are you looking for on a WG.
Since there are just a few days for Nov 1st. We will be arranging meetings for tomorrow Sundar (Oct 29).
