Ein kleines Loggia ist angeschlossen (nicht auf den Fotos). Das Zimmer ist nur verfügbar bis Ende Februar ohne Option auf Verlängerung.

Furnished room in a newly occupied shared flat for 2 people. The room is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. In the room there are two chests of drawers, bedside table, wall shelves. A small loggia is attached (not on the photos). The room is only available until the end of February with no option to extend.
Ruhige Lage im Innenhof eines weitläufigen Wohnkomplexes. Rotkreuzplatz (ca 8 min) und Donnersbergerbrücke (ca 14 min) sind fußläufig. Edeka (ca 4 min) und Rewe (ca 8 min) sowie Norma (3 min) sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Quiet location in the inner courtyard of a spacious residential complex. Rotkreuzplatz (approx. 8 min) and Donnersbergerbrücke (approx. 14 min) are within walking distance. Edeka (approx. 4 min) and Rewe (approx. 8 min) as well as Norma (3 min) are all in the immediate vicinity.
WG wird aktuell nur von mir (Hauptmieter, 25m Student) bewohnt. Ein geselliges Miteinander ist erhofft, aber Möglichkeit zum Rückzug und Privatsphäre sind stets gegeben. Da angesichts meiner äußerst dürftigen Kochfertgkeiten jeder Sonntag einen Kampf gegen den Hungertod darstellt, wäre ein(e) leidenschaftliche(r) Koch/Köchin äußerst gern gesehen. Meine Anwesenheit ist ggf spärlich an Abenden und Samstags.

Shared flat is currently only occupied by me (main tenant, 25m student). A sociable get-together is hoped for, but the possibility to retreat and privacy are always given. Given my extremely poor cooking skills, every Sunday is a fight against starvation, so a passionate cook would be very welcome. My presence may be sparse on evenings and Saturdays.
WLAN ist vorhanden.Parkmöglichkeiten sind nur begrenzt vorhanden. Bei Interesse an Einzug gerne direkt Termin zur Wohnungsbesichtigung anfragen. Wohnung wird bis 4. Dezember vergeben sein.
