Hey,
da ich auf eine längerer Reise gehe vermiete ich mein möbiliertes, sehr schönes WG-Zimmer in einer sehr großzügigen Wohnung (über 120 Quadratmeter).
Die Gesamtmiete (inkl. Nebenkosten) beträgt 1100€. Es handelt sich nicht um eine klassische "heruntergekommene" WG, sondern um ein echtes Unikat. Deshalb auch die etwas teurere Miete, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt :)
Mein Mitbewohner ist 30 Jahre alt und sehr offen und umgänglich. Die Gemeinschaftsräume (sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit Home Office Möglichkeit) können gemeinsam genutzt werden.
