Für alle, die nur kurz nach München kommen oder sich am liebsten vor Ort nach einer neuen Bleibe umsehen wollen: Ich vermiete ein schönes, helles (schön möbliertes) Zimmer von 1. Mai bis 20 Juni 2018.
Miete: 500,- all. inkl.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, die Küche neu mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, WLAN ist da und mein Fahrrad könntest du auch benutzen.
Dein Mitbewohner ist ein netter VWL-Student aus dem hohen Norden. Das Zimmer ist hell, ruhig, schön möbliert. Die Couch lässt sich ausziehen und ist als Gästebett sogar recht gemütlich. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U1 (Station Maillingerstraße) und vor der Haustür hält ein Bus, der via Universität zum Odeonsplatz fährt. Gleich ums Eck gibt es einen Rewe, Lidl, DM, Apotheke etc.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, direkt an der U1 / U7 Maillingerstraße (2 Minuten zu Fuß). Sonst ist alles, was man braucht, fußläufig zu erreichen: ein Rewe, ein Lidl, ein DM, ein Hans im Glück, ganz viele Apotheken, ein Kino, der Rotkreuzplatz und der Lamborghini-Shop in der Albrechtstraße ;)
