Helles Zimmer, einfach möbiliert, ruhig in 2 Zimmerwohnung in der Zeit meines Auslandsaufenthalt zu vermieten. Zur Küche muss durch Wohnzimmer durchquert werden. Die Küche ist normal ausgestattet und kann genutzt werden. Meine Thaipartnerin kommt nur wochenweise vorbei und benutzt das Wohnzimmer, so das die ganze Wohnung oft genutzt werden kann. Mit Wifi, Kabelfernsehen, Waschmaschine und einem schönen Balkon. Ich bin in der Weihnachtszeit vom 23.Dezember bis zum 9.Januar in der Wohnung. Zum Treffen und Vertragsabschluss Kontaktaufnahme gerne über Whatsapp oder Skype. Da ich erst im Juni 2018 wieder wieder in Wohnung bin, würde ich gerne die eine Kündigungsfrist von drei Monaten vereinbaren und eine Kaution von drei Monatsmieten. Ich bitte um Verständnis aber ich kann mich einfach schlecht, um einen Nachmieter kümmern. ich bin bis mindestens bis Juni weg. Es kann aber durchaus sein, dass ich noch ein Jahr dran hänge bzw. das Zimmer auch vermiete wenn ich wieder da bin.

My Thai partner comes only occasionally and uses the living room so the whole flat can be used many times. Includes Wifi, Cable TV, washing machine and a nice balcony.
