Wir sind auf der Suche nach Euch!
Wir, das sind: Clara, 30 Jahre alt, Österreicherin, arbeitet in der Forschung an der TUM, interessiert an Politik, Draußen sein, Kultur (Lesen, Theater, Kunst), Essen, ... und Rebecca, 30 Jahre alt, Deutsche, arbeitet als Journalistin, interessiert an Kunst, Politik, und von Natur aus sehr neugierig. Wir sind beide recht sozial und durchaus für gemeinsame Aktivitäten (Filmabende, gemeinsam Kochen/Essen/ein Glas trinken, auf einen Drink gehen) zu haben, am wichtigsten ist uns aber, dass alles möglichst entspannt abläuft und jeder seine Freiräume hat.
Da unser Mitbewohner auszieht haben wir ein schönes Zimmer unserer wunderbaren Altbauwohnung zu vermieten. Im luxuriös ausgebauten Dachgeschoss eines Gründerzeithauses gelegen überblickt unsere Wohnung die ganze Gegend und bietet regelmäßig Aussicht auf spektakuläre Sonnenunter- und Aufgänge.
Die Küche haben wir gekauft, als wir vor etwa zwei Jahren in diese Wohnung eingezogen sind, sie ist also ebenfalls noch super neu und schön.

we are looking for you!
We that is: Clara, 30 years old, Austrian, working in research at TU, interested in politics, the outside, culure (reading, theatre, art) and food & Rebecca, 30 years old, German, working as a journalist interested in arts, politics, and very curious by nature. Together or alone we like spending our time having movie nights at home (there is a very fancy projector in one of our rooms 😉), going to the museum, the park, the Isar, drinking, cooking and eating together, or hanging out in our favorite bars.
We would like you to be interested in not just sharing a flat but also time & food with us. The room we have to offer is quite big and fancy, just as the whole freshly renovated apartment. You can see two rooms online and we would be open to which one you prefer as yours - however, the room will be un-furnished when you move in.
Let us know if you want to meet us. We are planning to schedule meetings / viewings some time Wednesday and Thursday evening but are open to other dates if those don’t work for you. The room will be available from 1st or 2nd of August onward.

Ja, vielleicht hat Neuhausen/Nymphenburg einen etwas angestaubten ruf in München, aber, die Gegend rund um die Wohnung hat wahnsinnig viel zu bieten. In unserer Straße gibt es mehrere leckere Restaurants (3 Italiener, ein Wirtshaus, 2 Japaner, einen Türken, einen Vietnamese, einen verrückten Käsekuchenladen, ...), zwei leckere Bäckereien und mehrere schöne Boutique-Geschäfte. Zudem liegt das Schloss Nymphenburg mit seiner üppigen Parklandschaft gleich um die Ecke und sorgt für eine tolle Laufstrecke (ab unserer Haustür ist eine 11 km lange Strecke mit nicht mehr als 3 Ampeln leicht zu finden). Sollte man diese Gegend aber doch aus dem einen odere anderen Grund mal verlassen müssen ist das auch absolut problemlos möglich: Die U1-Station Rotkreuzpatz und die Trambahnhaltestelle befinden sich keine Minute von der Haustüre entfernt und auch mit dem Fahrrad ist die Innenstadt in weniger als einer Viertelstunde zu erreichen.
As you can tell by the adress, the U1 Station Rotkreuzplatz is rigth in front of the house, as is the tram station - hence, getting around the city is easy. Furthermore, the beautiful Nymphenburg castle with ist lush park is just around the corner and provides for a great running route (11 km with 3 trafic light only).
Wir teilen ein sehr lockeres, freundliches WG-Leben. Es gibt keine "Hausregeln" (z.B. haben wir keinen Putzplan, jeder putzt wenn er Lust dazu hat; wir teilen uns Essen, Getränke und die meisten anderen Dinge; usw. - und bisher hat das super gut funktioniert), und deshalb ist das Leben hier ziemlich entspannt.
Sollten wir das alle bevorzugen, können wir uns auch vorstellen in Zukunft professionelle Unterstützung bei der Reinigung der Wohnung in Anspruch nehmen.
Clara and the one moving out have been living together for more than 2 years now. Over time we became friends and now do not only share a kitchen, bathroom and a shoe shelf but also our lives, ideas, food, time... As a new flatmate we want to find someone who shares this idea of living community.
Wir sind uns bewusst, dass die Miete (wir werden alle den gleichen Anteil zahlen) ziemlich hoch ist, aber wir können garantieren, dass die Gegend und die Wohnung es wert sind. Kommt vorbei und überzeugt euch selbst!

As we reducing for 4 to 3 people we will have a living room to share.
