Internetanschluss mit Ethernet im Zimmer vorhanden. Möbliert. Persönlicher Kühlschrank und mehrere Schränke. Es gibt 2 Toilettezimmer und 1 Badezimmer für alle. Zusammen mit einem bequemen Bett und Sofa. Die Kosten betragen insgesamt 670 eu. Ich verlasse die Stadt, würde die Wohnung gerne abgeben.

Good WG with friendly neighbors. The landlord is very sweet. It is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood 7 minutes away from Obermenzing S-Bahn station. It is warm with plenty of light. Internet connection avaliable with Ethernet in the room. Furnished. Personal fridge and several closets. Along with a comfortable bed and sofa. There are 2 toilet rooms, and 1 shared bathroom. The costs are 670 euros alltogether. I am leaving the city, would love to hand the place over.
