Das 23m2 große Zimmer ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und sehr hell. Da es auf die Innenhöfe der umliegenden Gebäude ausgerichtet ist, ist es sehr ruhig und die Aussicht ist grün.
Es ist ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer, voll möbliert. Es verfügt über einen Innenbalkon mit einem kleinen Büro, um von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten, und einem Mini-Wohnzimmer in der Ecke, perfekte um ein Tee zu trinken und ein gutes Buch zu lesen ;)
- Über die Wohnung:
Unsere WG verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 mittelgroße, voll ausgestattete Wohnküche und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Darüber hinaus verfügt der Flur über einen Schrank mit Stauraum für Lebensmittel.
- Im Mietpreis sind enthalten:

The 23m2 room faces west and is very bright. As it faces the courtyards of the surrounding buildings, it is very quiet and the view is green.
It is a very spacious room, fully furnished. It features an indoor balcony with a small office to work from home and a mini-living room in the corner perfect to drink tea and read a good book ;)
- About the apartment:
Our shared apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 medium-sized, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, the hallway has a closet with storage space for groceries.
- The rental price includes:
Electricity, hot water, heating, GEZ, internet.

Der U-Bahnhof Thalkirchner der Linie U3 Fürstenriederwest ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Netto und Edeka sind die nächstgelegenen Supermärkte (7 Minuten zu Fuß). Wie die Zoetl-Bäckerei, eine Apotheke und ein Kiosk. Weitere Supermärkte in der Nähe: Vollkorn, Vitalia und Superissimo (10min zu Fuß)
In der Gegend gibt es auch mehrere Restaurants und Cafés zu besuchen.
Rund um das Haus liegt ein sehr ruhiger Park und auch die Isar ist in 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The Thalkirchner subway station on the U3 Fürstenriederwest line is a 5-minute walk away.
Many shopping facilities. Netto and Edeka are the nearest supermarkets (7 minutes walk). Like the Zoetl bakery, a pharmacy and a kiosk. Other supermarkets nearby: Vollkorn, Vitalia and Superissimo (10min walk)
There are also several restaurants and cafes to visit in the area.

We are looking for a clean and not noisy roommate who also likes plants :)
This is a strictly non-smoking floor.
No use as a couple-room or for two people permitted. The rooms in the shared apartment are expressly rented for sole use.
