Heyyy, was für ein netter Zufall, dass Ihr über unsere Anzeige gestoßen seid!
Wir suchen nämlich einen coolen Mitbewohner:in für unserer WG hier in Pasing.
Zur Miete steht ein ca. 25 qm großes Zimmer mit einem herrlichen uralten Dielenfußboden. Dazu besitzt das Zimmer riesige Einbauschränke in der Dachschräge, sodass Ihr nicht wirklich einen eigenen Kleiderschrank braucht. Aber schaut euch das einfach selbst auf den Fotos an, oder kommt mal zu einer Besichtigung vorbei :D
Wir haben hier eine komplette Altstadtvilla mit riesigen Garten für uns alleine. Aktuell sind wir auch dran ein Gewächshaus fit zu machen und so. Wer also Bock auf Garten hat kommt bei uns also voll auf seine Kosten.
Aber auch im Haus ist es ganz nice :D Wir haben 4 Etagen, eine moderne Küche, und 2 Bäder mit retro Fliesen.
Das Haus ist über 100 Jahre alt, deßhalb ist in manchen Zimmern auch Stuck an der Decke, also so richtig Altbau halt :D

We are looking for a chill roommate for our WG here in Pasing.
The room is about 25 square meters with wooden floorboards. In addition, the room has huge built-in closets in the sloping roof, so you do not really need your own closet. You can take a look for yourself on the photos, or come over for a tour!
We have a unique old-styled villa with a huge garden to ourselves. Currently, we are also fixing up the greenhouse, so if you're into gardening or have a green thumb, we are happy to have you on board ;)
Inside the house it is quite nice: we have 4 floors, a modern kitchen, and 2 bathrooms with retro tiles.
The house is over 100 years old, that's why in some rooms there is also stucco on the ceiling - foundation used in older homes.

Unsere WG befindet sich in Pasing an der Pippingerstraße, ungefähr 7 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Pasing entfernt. Der Bahnhof liegt an der Stammstrecke, sodass eigentlich alle paar Minuten Züge zum Hauptbahnof fahren. Je nachdem mit welchem Zug, ist man in ungefähr 10-12 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Wenn man Bock auf Landschaft und Natur hat, ist man in 25 Minuten mit der Bahn am Starnberger See. Oder man radelt einfach 10 Minuten von uns aus der Stadt raus, dann fühlt man sich wie 100% auf dem Land :D

Our shared flat is located in Pasing on Pippingerstraße, about a 7 minute walk from Pasing train station. The station is on the main line, so there are S-Bahns every few minutes. It takes roughly 15 minutes to get to the city center. If you like the countryside and nature, you can reach Lake Starnberg in 25 minutes by train. Or you just bike 10 minutes from us out of the city, then you feel like you're 100% in the country!

Hey, wir sind Max, Chloe, Carl und Malaika, wir sind halt irgendwie ganz normal :D Ein Teil von uns studiert noch, und die anderen sind noch nicht so lange am Arbeiten. Also keiner ist bei uns so richtig langweilig. Klar wir haben irgendwie so basic Anforderungen an Putzen und Aufräumen und so, aber wir sind jetzt auch keine Putzfanatiker :D Genauso feiern wir auch mal. Max und Carl trinken oft Bier. Oder wir spielen irgendwelche Gesellschaftsspiele zusammen. Btw. wenn du das alles gelesen hast und uns anschreibst, beginn deine Nachricht bitte mit dem Wort Wambo :D
In Vergangenheit gings bei uns eigentlich ganz harmonisch zu. Und das ist uns auch in Zukunft wichtig.
Wir suchen jemanden der Bock auf WG Leben hat und sich ein bisschen einbringt.
Wenn du irgendwie international unterwegs bist ist auch voll cool, Chloe hat gefühlt auch schon überall auf der Welt gewohnt und lernt gerade deutsch.

Hey, we are Max, Chloe, Carl and Malaika, we're pretty normal with some of us still studying, and others started working not that long ago. We have basic requirements for cleaning and tidying up and so on, but we're not cleaning fanatics either. We also like to do things together, and/or party sometimes. Max and Carl often drink beer. Or we all play some kind of party games together.
If you read all this and write to us, please start your message with the word "Wambo".
Its most important to us to live harmoniously and respectfully, and we expect the same from whoever moves in :)
We are looking for someone who is interested in living in a WG and wants to contribute a little bit to community life.
We also welcome internationals! Chloe grew up abroad and has basically lived everywhere around the world, and is currently learning German.

Noch so ein besonderes Highlight am Haus ist, dass der Garten direkt an einem Bach liegt. Der ist super zum drin baden, oder mit der Luftmatratze Strom abwärts zu fahren. Wir sind hauptsächlich an langfristigen Mitbewohnern interessiert.

Another special highlight of the house is that the garden is located directly on a stream. This is great for swimming in it, or to go downstream with an air mattress and a beer in the summers. We are mainly interested in long-term roommates.
