Mein Name ist Olga und ich ziehe im Juni aus beruflichen Gründen in ein anderes Land, deshalb gibt es im Juli ein freies Zimmer für eine Person in einem großen Haus im Westen von München (S-Bahn Haltestelle Langwied), es ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Der Lidl-Lebensmittelladen ist ca. 500 m entfernt.
Das Zimmer ist 7 qm groß und verfügt über einen Stuhl, einen Tisch, ein Bett und einen Kleiderschrank. Zusätzliche Regale, Geschirr und eine Decke sind gegen eine Gebühr erhältlich. Das Zimmer ist vom 01.07.2023 bis zum 31.08.2023 verfügbar und kann verlängert werden.
Preis: 559 € pro Zimmer, 20 € für Internet, 20 € für Licht.
Kaution: 1000 €.
Besichtigung ist ab 20.06.23 möglich.

My name is Olga and I am moving to another country in June for work reasons, so there is a spare room in July for one person in a large house in the west of Munich (S-Bahn Langwied stop), it is a 5-minute walk from the station. The Lidl grocery store is about 500 m away.
The room is 7 sqm and includes a chair, table, bed, and closet. Additional shelves, utensils, and a blanket are available for a fee. The room is available from 01.07.2023 to 31.08.2023, renewable.
Price: 559 € per room, 20 € for internet, 20 € for light.
Deposit: 1000 €.
Viewing is possible from 20.06.23.
