Available two rooms from December 2, 2023 on the ground floor of a 220mp villa with private garden. The two rooms of 11sqm and 11.3 sqm respectively both have direct access to the inner garden with covered patio. We are two girls that are moving out from this house (this is the reason why only girls and there is another bigger room for another girl).
The house is divided into two floors and has two renovated large bathrooms and a service bathroom. Inside the house there are two washing machines in the basement.
The room 1 costs 600 euro included everything (except for 6,50 euro for the wifi and 2 euros for rundfunkbeitrag)

Both rooms are supplied unfurnished.
We will only consider applications where people tell us a little bit about themselves, how old they are, where they are from, what they do here in Germany, what they do in their free time, etc.
As a matter of balance we can only consider applications from girls.
The visits to the house will take place on 27-28-29-30 October.
The house is located in a residential area north of the pasing station. The S-Bahn station can be reached in less than 5 min by using the 160 bus (bus stop 4 min from the house) or 15 min by walking. Near the station is one of Munich's two large shopping centers, the Pasing Arcaden where you can find everything you need. A few minutes' walk away you can also find an international bookstore in front of a small pond.
We are a group of students and workers, so during the day we are not at home much, but during the evening we sometimes like to spend time together playing cards, having drinks, and sometimes we go out together on weekends. However, we respect everyone's privacy and everyone is free to take time for themselves and spend time in their own room.
