ich bin auf der Suche nach einem coolen Nachmieter für mein Wg Zimmer weil ich umziehen werde :)
Das Zimmer ist 11m² groß, frisch möbliert und
kostet 890€ im Monat - die Kaution beträgt 1780€
In der Küche gibt es alle Koch-Utensilien die das Herz begehrt - mit Balkon, Geschirrspüler und einem Backofen.
Die 3 anderen Mitbewohner sind alle im Alter von 18-23, studieren an der LMU und sind sehr offen & hilfsbereit :))

The kitchen has all the cooking utensils your heart desires - with a balcony, dishwasher and an oven.
The 3 other flatmates are all aged 18-23, study at the LMU and are very open & helpful :))
Die WG befindet sich in der Zacharias Werner Straße 8, Pasing 81241.
In 6 Minuten ist man bei der Tramstation Am Knie, wo man in 20-30min ohne umsteigen in der Innenstadt ist.
Ca 10-15min zu Fuß ist das Einkaufszentrum Pasing Arcarden weg - wo sich direkt daneben der Bahnhof Pasing mit einer Sbahnstation befindet.
In den Arcarden gibt's den Hugendubel, sehr viele Cafés mit leckeren Croissants & am Weg liegt direkt ein Edeka zum Lebensmittel besorgen.
Es ist sehr heimisch & perfekt für Spaziergänge😌✨️

In 6 minutes you are at the tram station Am Knie, where you can reach the city center directly in 20-30 minutes.
The Pasing Arcarden shopping center is about a 10-15 minute walk away - with the Pasing train station and S-Bahn station right next to it.
In the Arcarden there's the Hugendubel, lots of cafés with delicious croissants & there's an Edeka right on the way to get groceries.
It's very homely & perfect for walks😌✨️
Die Mitbewohner sind 2 Mädels & ein Junge - Simona und Tobi haben dieses Jahr ihr Studium in jeweils Pharmazie und BWL begonnen und Sophie studiert Astrophysik im fortgeschrittenen Semester.
In unserer Wg gibt's einen Putzplan der sich von Woche zu Woche ändert - an den sollte man sich für's gute Zusammenleben bitte halten😌
The flatmates are 2 girls & a boy - Simona and Tobi started their studies in pharmacy and business administration this year and Sophie is studying astrophysics in the advanced semester.
There's a cleaning schedule in our flat that changes from week to week - please stick to it for good co-existing😌
