Renting out this cozy partially furnished room in a fully equipped shared apartment from 10th of Dec. to 1st of Feb.

Nearest bus stop (Polkostrasse) is 1 minute walking distance from the apartment
Nearest S-bahn (Pasing) is 5-8 minutes bus ride away from the apartment
Nearest Edeka is 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment
Nearest shopping mall (Pasing Arcaden) is 5 minutes bus ride away from the apartment
The area itself is relatively quiet and soothingly beautiful and white in winter.
Currently there's only me, Shmagi (23) occupying the apartment.
Being full time employed and involved in music, I always found time to sit down with my past roommates in the evening and have fun talks over a drink or five, and I would like to continue that way for a bit more!
