Dein neues Zuhause ist in einer sonnigen Doppelhaushälfte in Puchheim.
Das Zimmer hat eine tolle Größe von ca. 25m² , ist gut geschnitten und schön hell. Es ist im 1 .OG auf der Südseite hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon und Blick ins Grüne!
Im EG kann die Küche mit Essplatz, Wohnzimmer, der Balkon und Garten gemeinsam genutzt werden. Das Haus hat zwei Bäder. Ein riesiges Wohnzimmer kann auch mit genutzt werden.
Im Keller befindet sich genug Stauraum, sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner.
Das Zimmer ist zur Zeit noch bewohnt. Du könntest ab Anfang Februar oder nach Absprache schon früher einziehen.
Aktuell sind keine Möbel im Zimmer, wenn du magst, kann das Zimmer aber auch möbliert vermietet werden.

Your new home is in a sunny semi-detached house in Puchheim.
The room has a great size of approx. 25m², is well cut and nice and bright. It is on the 1st floor on the south side and has direct access to the balcony and a view in the private garden!
On the ground floor, the kitchen with dining area, living room, balcony and garden can be used together. The house has two bathrooms. A huge living room can also be used.
In the basement there is enough storage space, as well as a washing machine and a dryer.
You could move in from the beginning of February or earlier by arrangement.
There is currently no furniture in the room, but if you like, the room can also be rented furnished.

Schöne ruhige Lage mit großem Garten zum gemeinsamen Grillen oder entspannen!
Vom Haus sind es ca. 1,3km zur S-Bahnhaltestelle oder 500m zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 8 Minuten in Pasing und in 20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof in München.

From the house it is about 1.3km to the S-Bahn station or 500m to the next bus stop. The S-Bahn takes you to Pasing in 8 minutes and to Munich Central Station in 20 minutes.

Wir unternehmen gerne mal etwas zusammen, grillen und kochen ab und zu zusammen, aber jeder hat auch genug Ruhe und Raum für sich! Da es ja ein ganzes Haus ist, wird es nie eng :)
Jeder kann am WG-Leben soviel teilnehmen, wie er möchte.

We like to do something together, grill and cook together from time to time, but everyone also has enough peace and space for themselves! Since it's a whole house, it never gets cramped :)
Everyone can participate in WG life as much as they want.
