Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von 20 Quadratmeter und ist bereits vollständig ausgestattet (siehe Bild) - und wird auch so vermietet. Die Warmmiete beträgt 900€ und umfasst alle entstehenden Kosten (GEZ., Internet-, Strom- und Heizkosten). Der Rest der Wohnung ist ebenfalls vollständig ausgestattet - das heißt es ist eine vollständige Küchenausstattung vorhanden (Herd, Spülmaschine, Geschirr etc.) sowie Badezimmereinrichtung (eigene Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer). Die Vertragsabwicklung läuft über 4Mates, sodass jedes WG-Mitglied seinen eigen Mietvertrag besitzt und immer ein fester Ansprechpartner vorhanden ist. Zu der Wohnung gehört außerdem ein großes Kellerabteil, in dem zum Beispiel Fahrräder super gelagert werden können.

The room has a size of 20 square meters and is already fully furnished (see picture) - and is rented as such. The warm rent is 900€ and includes all costs incurred (GEZ, internet, electricity and heating costs). The rest of the apartment is also fully equipped - i.e. there is a fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, dishes, etc.) as well as bathroom facilities (own washing machine, clothes horse). The contract is handled by 4Mates, so that each member of the flat share has their own tenancy agreement and there is always a fixed contact person. The apartment also has a large cellar compartment, which is ideal for storing bicycles, for example.
Die Anbindung ist sehr gut, eine Haltestelle der U2 (Karl-Preis-Platz) befindet sich ca. 500 Meter entfernt, sowie mehrere Buslinien - direkt neben dem Haus fahren zusätzlich die Buslinien 145, 54 - durch die gute Anbindung ist TUM und LMU innerhalb von 15 Minuten sehr gut zu ereichen.
Das beliebte Werksviertel mit Bars, Clubs, Fitnessstudio und Kletterhalle ist fußläufig super zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls zahlreiche in Fußweite vorhanden (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Edeka).
Autos können ohne Problem vor dem Haus geparkt werden.

Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt, wir verstehen uns alle super und jeder ist für einen Spaß zu haben. Wir leben treu nach dem Motto ,alles kann nichts muss‘. Es wird zusammen gekocht, in Bars gegangen und zusammen gesessen und geplaudert.
-Pauline (23, Französin) ist Studentin aus Frankreich und absolviert aktuell ein Praktikum. Sie geht gerne aus, trifft sich mit Freunden, geht gerne laufen und ist immer offen für Späße.

Life in the shared flat is very relaxed, we all get on really well and everyone is up for a bit of fun. We live true to the motto 'anything goes'. We cook together, go to bars and sit and chat together.
