In unserer WG wird ab 1. Oktober 2016 ein Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer ist 12m² groß, inklusive Einbauschrank. Dazu gehört eine moderne große Küche mit neuem, großen Kühlschrank, Gas Herd, Waschmaschiene und Spülmaschiene. Außerdem gehören zur Wohnung zur gemeinsamen Nutzung ein 19m² Wohnzimmer, 6 m² Balkon mit Markise, Ein neues, gefliestes Bad, eine Abstellkammer und ein Kellerabteil.
We offer a room in our appartment starting from 1st November 2015!
The room is 12m² of size and furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. The appartment has 4 rooms plus kitchen, bath, storage room, basement and balcony on 85qm. The biggest room is used as a living room and grants access to the balcony.
Die Wohnung ist 5 Gehminuten von der Ubahnhaltestelle U6 / Nordfriedhof entfernt.
Kostenlose Parkplätze sind reichleich vorhanden, man findet eigentlich immer einen. Die Autobahnauffahrt A9 ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
10 Gehminuten nördlich ist ein Edeka, Aldi, Bäcker, 2 Apotheken, Radgeschäft und Fitnessstudio. Außerdem fährt ein Nachtbus. In direkter Umgebung sind 2 Parks und der Englische Garten ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Außerdem sind um die Ecke ein Getränkemarkt, Biergärten, eine Konditorei, Friseur und Sparkasse.
From the appartment it is just 5 minutes by walk to to the closest metro station (U6 / Nordfriedhof). There are plenty of free parking lots in the area, and it takes only 5 minutes by car to reach the A9 highway.
Within 10 minutes, you can easily reach all kinds of local amenities by walk:
Supermarkets (Aldi and Edeka), a pharamacy, bakery, cake shop, hairdresser, fitness studio, beer gardens, banks, two small parks and the (huge) english garden and many more local amenities.

Hier ein kleiner Einblick in das Zusammenleben:
Abends kochen wir gerne zusammen, essen gemeinsam im Wohzimmer, hören Musik, sehen Filme an oder unterhalten uns einfach. Am Wochenende sind wir dann eher in der Stadt unterwegs, im Englischen Garten, auf Konzerten oder in Bars. Im Winter gehts dann Richtung Christkindlmarkt auf nen Glühwein oder zum Skifahren.
Musizieren ist erwünscht, laut Hausordnung sind 4 Stunden am Tag erlaubt.

Here is a small overview of our live together:
In the evening we like to cook together, have dinner in the living room, listen to music, watch movies or just chat about life. On the weekends, we like to go out in the city, visit the english garden, check out concerts, or have a drink in one of munich's many bars. During winter it's time for Glühwein on Christkindelmarkt or skiing.
By the way: The house rules encourage residents to make music for up to 4 hours per week.
