A 20m^2 room (semi-furnished) is available in a family apartment for long term from 1st of October in Carl-Orff-Bogen. The room rent is 470 euros with utilities (Warmmiete) and one needs to pay extra 7 euros for tv tax. So in total 477 euros including everything!
In the room, a cupboard and a chair (near the window in the photos) are provided by the landlady. You will takeover the mattress and black table from me for 100€. The apartment has 2 other bedrooms which are occupied respectively by the landlady and her son. There's also a balcony in the apartment, which one can use to enjoy the weather in summers. There's a washing machine in the bathroom that one can use, and in the kitchen there's fridge, oven and all utensils. WLAN is also provided. Basically everything that one needs.
PM me a short description about yourself i.e. who you are, what are you studying, age, where are you from, hobbies, are you okay with having animals in the apartment etc. If you are shortlisted then i'll get back to you regarding the apartment visit which would be tomorrow or the day after tomorrow (23rd/24th September). Please note, I cannot answer each and everyone of you so don't take it personally.

Ein 20 qm Zimmer (teilmöbliert) ist ab dem 1. Oktober in einem Familienapartment in der Carl-Orff-Bogen frei. Die Warmmiete beträgt 470 Euro mit den Nebenkosten, muss man aber 7 Euro zusätzlich für die GEZ zahlen. Also insgesamt 477 Euro!
Im Raum sind ein Schrank und ein Stuhl (in der Nähe des Fensters in Fotos) von der Vermieterin zum nutzen. Sie werden die Matratze und den schwarzen Tisch für 100€ übernehmen. Die Wohnung hat 2 weitere Schlafzimmer, die von der Vermieterin und ihrem Sohn belegt worden. Es gibt auch einen Balkon in der Wohnung, auf dem man das Wetter im Sommer genießen kann. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer, die man benutzen kann, und in der Küche gibt es einen Kühlschrank, einen Backofen und alle Geräte. WLAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Grundsätzlich alles was man brauchen könnte.
PM mir eine kurze Beschreibung über dich selbst, d.h. wer du bist, was studierst du, wie alt bist du, wo kommst du her, Hobbys, bist du okay mit dem Haustier in der Wohnung usw. Wenn du in die engere Auswahl kommst, dann melde ich mich bei dir für den Besichtigungstermin, den höchstwahrscheinlich am morgen oder übermorgen stattfinden würde (23rd/24th September). Bitte beachte, dass ich nicht jeden beantworten kann, also nimm es nicht persönlich.

The bus stop "Gustav-Mahler-Strasse" is right across the street and the stop "Euro-Industrie-Park Nord" is two mins on foot. One can use either of the bus stops to reach U2 station "Am Hart" in 12 mins or U6 Station "Kieferngarten" in 3 mins. Also you can walk to "Kieferngarten" in 10 mins. Rewe and Edeka are literally 3-4 mins walk from the house, Aldi and Netto markt are 9 mins away by bus or 15-17 mins on foot. Also there is a huge garden nearby where one can go for cycling or walking in the evening. Panzerwiese is nearby where one can cycle or jog in the trails. You get a really nice view of Allianz arena from there. One can reach either of the universities LMU and TUM in 15-20 mins from the house.
Die Bushaltestelle "Gustav-Mahler-Straße" liegt direkt gegenüber und die Haltestelle "Euro-Industrie-Park Nord" ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Man kann mit dem Bus in 12 Minuten die U2-Station "Am Hart" oder die U6-Station "Kieferngarten" in 3 Minuten erreichen. Zum Kieferngarten kann man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß gehen. Rewe und Edeka sind unmittelbar in der Nähe, 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß, Aldi und Netto Markt sind 9 Minuten mit dem Bus oder 15-17 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt auch einen großen Garten in der Nähe, wo man abends Fahrrad fahren oder spazieren gehen kann. Die Panzerwiese ist in der Nähe, wo man auf den Wanderwegen das Rad fahren oder joggen kann. Von dort hat man einen wirklich schönen Blick auf die Allianz Arena. Eine der Universitäten LMU und TUM ist in 15-20 Minuten vom Haus aus zu erreichen.
The family is really nice and easy going. One important thing is that there's a family dog in the house. She's an adorable, obedient and loving dog. She's a mixture of Labrador and golden retriever and is very friendly, doesn't bark or make any fuss. So if you're interested in the room, you need to be an animal lover or at least easy going with animals. Especially not having any reservations or allergies to dogs.
Die Familie ist sehr nett und easy-going. Eine wichtige Sache ist, dass es eine Familienhundin im Haus gibt. Sie ist sehr brav und liebevoll. Sie ist eine Mischung vom Labrador und Golden Retriever und ist sehr freundlich, bellt nicht und macht keinen Lärm. Wenn du dich für den Raum interessiert, muss du eine Tierliebe haben oder zumindesten leicht mit den Tieren umgehen, vor allem keine Allergien gegen Hunde.
The apartment is ideally located and is best suited for students who are studying in either LMU or TUM. Please understand that it is a family apartment, friends or guests are always welcome but no house parties can be thrown here.
Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen und eignet sich am besten für Studenten, die entweder an der LMU oder der TUM studieren. Bitte hab das Verständnis dafür, dass es sich um ein Familienapartment handelt. Freunde oder Gäste sind immer willkommen, aber können keine Hauspartys organisiert werden.
