Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, ein WC und eine geräumige Küche mit Zugang zum Balkon. Die Größe deines Zimmers beträgt 14,5 qm. Es verfügt über ein großes Fenster zum Garten und ist mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet. Dazu gehören ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Bildschirm und eine Couch.
Die Küche ist der Ort, an dem wir uns am meisten aufhalten. Sie ist in einen Ess- und einen Kochbereich aufgeteilt. Es gibt einen Elektroherd, einen Backofen, eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und einen großen Kühlschrank.
Wir haben auch einen Garten vor dem Haus, in dem man die Sonne genießen kann.
The flat is having two rooms, one toilet and a spacious kitchen with access to balcony. Your room is spacious with 14.5 sqm which includes one big window towards the garden. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a work table, and a couch. The kitchen is where we hang out the most and therefore very organized and clean. It is divided into the dining part and the cooking part, where we have an electric stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a big fridge.
We have a garden right in front of the building where you can enjoy the sun.
Verkehrsmittel: 5 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn Station Alte Heide (U6)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Aldi, Edeka, Bäckerei, Apotheke, Body&Soul erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten.
Transportation: The Alte Heide Station is within 5 min by foot (U6)
Supermarkets: Aldi, Edeka, Bakery, Pharmacy, Body&Soul gym are all a few minutes by foot from home.
Wir sind eine internationale WG. Da wir beide tagsüber arbeiten, wird die WG tagsüber zum Home Office Co-Working Space. Nach der Arbeit gehen wir gerne gemeinsam ins Gym oder genießen das Münchner Nachtleben. Falls du das Interesse hast, auch über die Untermietzeit hinweg Freundschaften zu schließen, bist du bei uns richtig.
We are an international WG. Since we both work during the day, the WG becomes a home office co-working space during the day. After work we like to go to the gym together or enjoy the Munich nightlife. If you are interested in making friends beyond the subletting period, you are in the right place.
