The apartment is 78 sqm and consists of a living room + 2 bedrooms and a balcony. The room for rent is about 12 sqm and has a window facing the balcony.The apartment has everything you need - washing machine, dishwasher, cellar, etc. The guy who is leaving is selling some furniture that includes: A mattress with respective mattress base (140x200), a commode (MALM,4 Drawers) for 300€ (Everything with only 4 months use). In case you are interested.
The location of the apartment is very good. It is right next to the subway station Alte Heide (U6). Grocery shopping is quite convenient since Edeka and Aldi are just a few steps away, there is also a very good gym nearby (Body & Soul) and Der Englischer Garten is only a 5 minute walk away too.
I'm Joshua, from Latinamerica. I consider myself as easy going and chill person, I love learning about new cultures and their thinking. I also go out for a run from time to time, but having a chill night is always a good plan as well. I like to live in an enjoyable environment where one can share time together when it is possible, but I also respect others personal space.
