First of all: my mother tongue is German but I wanted to make this as easy as possible for everyone, thus decided to put the ad in English. If you are interested in the room, feel free to drop me a message in your preferred language :)
The room is the biggest of the apartment with 25 sqm and very bright with the floor-to-ceiling windows. The balcony is almost like a sun terrace and offers a beautiful view over Munich. When the sky is clear, you can spot the Alps in the background.
The flat is on the 8th floor, measures 100 sqm in total and was fully renovated one year ago. There are two bathrooms (both with shower/bathtub and WC), a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and a big hallway which we use as the living room. All rooms have parquet floor and access to one of the two balconies.
Access to public transport is great with Petuelring (U-Bahn, Tram, bus) right in front of the building. A few minutes walk and you reach Olympiapark or Luitpoldpark, everything else you need for daily life is nearby.
Our WG atmosphere is very laid-back as all of us have finished their studies and entered working life. We like to have occasional cooking sessions or a small party every now and then, but mostly focus on our careers and also travel a lot. Filipa (25) is Portuguese and works in Sustainability/Finance. Carlos (30) is from Mexico but lives in Munich since seven years already. He works in Sales and runs an online wine business on the side, so you can be sure to always find a good bottle at home. We speak English in the WG but you can also communicate in German with both of them.
I love the flat and the guys and always felt at home here but it is time for me to move into my own apartment. Since this is happening sooner than expected, I will also schedule viewings asap.
The room comes with one condition: when we moved in one year ago, we bought, installed & equipped the kitchen ourselves as well as the washer-dryer (all invoices available). I would like to get a compensation of 900 EUR for my share. Please mention and confirm in your message that this is fine with you.
Also, I would be more than glad to leave some of my furniture (closet, couch, desk for example) for a very fair price. If you'd be interested in taking over certain pieces, that would be great and help me a lot.
