because I will move out of the WG on 1.3, we are looking for a new roommate. The room is around 15m^2 and is furnished. Your roommates are Mark (28) and Paul (25). Mark works, but in his free time he likes to bike, hike, ski, go to museums or other things. Paul (25) also just moved in and still studies in his Masters management and digital technologies, he also works and likes to make music, do sports, and to cook. We are also still looking for a third roommate, so I cant say too much about her :)
Da ich zum 1.3 aus meiner WG ausziehe, suchen wir nach einem/r neuem/r Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist ca 15m2 gross und liegt direkt am Petuelring und Olympiapark. Deine Mitbewohner sind Mark (28) und Paul (25). Mark arbeitet, fährt aber sonst gerne Fahrrad, wandert, geht in Museen oder macht andere Unternehmungen. Paul (25) studiert Management und digital technogies, sonst kocht er gerne, macht Musik oder Sport. Beide sind sehr entspannt und wollen keine Zweck WG. :)
The apartment has a big common area and a balcony which is great :)
The location is ideal, because the apartment is 6 min from Petuelring and Olympiapark. That means you are in 15-20 min in the centre of Munich. Also there are 2 parking spots for free :)
Die Lage ist ideal, da die Wohnung 6 min vom Petuelring und Olympiapark entfernt ist. Das heisst man ist in 15-20 min im Zentrum von München. Ausserdem gibt es zwei kostenlose Parkplatze :)
The WG is pretty chill, however because 2 new people are moving in it will be pretty new. But important is that you dont want a Zweck WG.
Please add your phone number, and write a bit about yourself (what you like to do, ...) :) Ideally you want to stay in Munich longer than 6 months and also I would ask for 30€ for the furniture :)
